Larry Doyle | Lawrence DoyleLarry Doyle, principal of The Human Factor, is an expert in developing training programs in leadership and management.  His expertise was formally recognized last year when the United States Department of Agriculture Graduate School (USDA Grad School) one of the largest provider of class room training courses in the United States, named him one of the top 15 trainers.

During his over 24 years of military service, Mr. Doyle was often asked to develop and present programs on topics such as leadership, innovation and problem solving for a variety of audiences both US and other foreign nationals.  These courses and programs were offered around the world.

After retiring from the Army, Mr. Doyle began providing training programs to both government agencies and private organizations.  His clients include the City of New York, US Navy's Fleet Technical Support Center, the United Way of North Central Massachusetts, and the Department of Homeland Security's Transportation Security Administration, the National Gallery of Art, and Crane Paper of Massachusetts.  

Mr. Doyle also consults with organizations in the areas of organizational development, quality improvement and change management.  To these assignments he brings his expertise as a certified lead assessor for ISO 9000 and an examiner for the Baldridge Award.

Mr. Doyle received an MBA from Western New England College in Springfield, Massachusetts, and has taught at St. John's University, Queens, New York, and Riveria College in Nashua, New Hampshire.  He has a working knowledge of German and Thai.
